Where are you based at and how far will you travel?
We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are also very, very comfortable traveling for portrait sessions. Travel cost is billed in terms of airfare, hotel, and car rental as needed. All you are responsible for is a direct reimbursement for the charges.
In terms of local shoots, we can travel by ourselves.
How long does it take to receive the photos and how will those be delivered?
Online galleries are posted within one week from the session date, and this is when you will receive your digital files as well. If you have framed prints in your collection, they will be available three weeks after your gallery goes live.
What is your pricing?
We can absolutely understand wanting to find pricing information without having to ask. Our detailed rates and collections aren't listed for public viewing on the site because we create custom collections for clients, a personalized experience for clients.

Do you edit all of our selected photographs?
Every image you receive has been hand-edited, one at a time, without batch editing.
Do we get the copyright of the images?
Copyright simply means that we are the creator of the images, and we "own" the copyright. Selling or obtaining "the copyright" is not possible, but you can print and share your images as much as you'd like!
Do we receive the raw, unedited files?
The raw images from your gallery are available for purchase, should that be something you are interested in.
What is your payment schedule?
Full payment is required to book a slot for the session date. For more information, please read our terms & conditions.
